Our Fighting Forces

I’m busy in Phoenix arguing with Ethan Van Sciver about Joe McCarthy , but I noticed that DC announced their upcoming war one-shots today, which includes my take on the original World War II-era Losers. Chad Hardin is the artist. Out in September:

Panel correction

Just arrived in Arizona, and I guess the BREAKING INTO COMICS panel is Friday at noon.

Come by anyway.

PHOENIX COMICON! (this weekend)

I’m heading out to Phoenix in a few hours for the Phoenix Comicon.

If you can make it out, I’ll be set up at table T51A, and I’ll be handling two panels. The first one is Friday night at six, where I’ll be discussing comics to movies. Not sure how that’ll go, but I have some experience there, so if you have any questions, drop in.

The second panel is a Breaking Into Comics panel at noon on Saturday. Since I’m the only guest listed on the panel, I’ve cajoled CHEW creator and former WildStorm editor John Layman into joining me, and I’ll see who else I can snag.

I’ll have most all of my trades for sale at my table, and maybe a preview page or two from new things.
